The clinic provided participants with some insight into sports science, particularly in the area of sports nutrition, mental strength, injury prevention and recovery. The participants were provided hands-on opportunities to apply knee and ankle tapings for their team-mates under the watchful eyes of the presenter / qualified sports trainer. 

With their newly acquired knowledge, we wish the netballers of Ahmad Ibrahim all the best in their trainings and competitions!
